Please follow the following instuction for payment conformation

1. Schedule your appointment between 12 PM to 4 PM.
2. Waiting time will be 30 minute after reporting to hospital.
3. No Appointment on Sundays.
4. Payment will be Rs 500/- for each visit.
5. Payment will not be refunded, your appointment can get shifted.
6. Use the same PayTM number in the form.
7. Keep a screenshot of payment with you for the proof.
